Joseph and his team installed a new roof on my mums house in birchwood they’re a really good group of guys. It was a pleasure having the lad’s here they left everywhere really clean and tidy at the end of each day and Joseph constantly kept us up to date throughout the job they went above and beyond even doing a few minor extras at no extra cost, thanks again guys and I will be using these to do my roof! (they have even done 3 or 4 of my mums neighbours roofs)

We contacted JFM Rooflines to arrange a new roof. This followed an emergency repair to our ridge tiles they did for us 6mth ago. We chose them due to their 5* reviews. Joseph came to discuss and reinforced in detail what to expect with an approx wait time. He contacted us with a start date some weeks later. We were impressed with their organisation and efficiency, everything went smoothly. Joseph communication was very good. The lads were all very polite and respectful. Everything was left tidy especially at the end of the job. The work looks very good and we were very happy with the results.

A super friendly and professional service from the first enquiry through to completion. Joseph kept us informed of the expected dates and kept precisely to schedule. The Roof Tiling was finished perfectly with no mess, no issues and looks as good as new. Really reasonable pricing and Jospeh talks to you like a human being rather than as a business opportunity. He made it very clear what needed to be done and explained what may needed in future without pressuring or frightening us to make quick decisions. We had a new rubber roof installed on May 15th 2025. The company was professional and responsible.Time keeping was excellent . Very friendly and kind . The job was explained well with before and after videos to make you understand your job more easily. The job was clean and never left any mess at all. I would totally recommend them and we are going to use them to get our main roof done aswell . You will not regret using this company they are amazing.
