Nyland Construction have recently completed the construction of a large garden room for me, including the relocation of an exterior drain, full project management of multiple trades and some remodelling of the existing ground floor configuration. Previously Cliff has also fitted a new kitchen and remodelled the layout of an ensuite and kitchen to garage configuration. Cliff is extremely reliable and trustworthy and worked with me to suggest workable solutions to any problems encountered during the build, ground conditions being the main one. Cliff managed the interface with all of the trades involved in the build, just letting me know when I needed to be around to make decisions, which made things very straightforward for me. The quality of work is to an exceptionally high standard and Cliff kept me informed throughout the build of any changes in material prices so there were no surprises at the end of the job. The garden room both internally and externally looks like part of the original build and has been a fantastic addition to the house- I would highly recommend Cliff and Nyland Construction.
