Paul's kindness and professionalism were an incredible comfort and relief from the trauma of losing my Mum. He made the most difficult time of my life a bit easier. Friendly and with a sense of humour in all the right places - never the wrong ones. He had all the experience and skill to help create the perfect funeral, despite the lockdown situation. The coffin he suggested was perfect, the car -beautiful, his local contacts for the speaker and printers and the ease of his collaboration with our requests to hand paint the coffin and our choice of piper, music and florist very much appreciated. He allowed the dignity, bravery and individuality of my amazing Mum to be celebrated properly under challenging circumstances. I'm so grateful.
