I recently purchased ballet shoes for my granddaughter which arrived very quickly. I then realised I had purchased the wrong shoe size and requested an exchange via the form enclosed in the packet. I was delighted with the quick turnaround. I will definitely use Dancingwear UK again as I cannot fault their customer service.
